Hoaxes Of Business Assistance That Make Acehnese Bring Bonds Of Proposals To The Governor's Office

The Aceh Government emphasized that information related to business capital assistance that made the Acehnese people busy bringing proposals to the Aceh governor's office was not true or a hoax.

"I don't know where information has been circulated about assistance from the Aceh Government, what is certain is that the information is wrong and a hoax," said Head of the Aceh Regional Secretariat's Administrative Bureau, Akkar Arafat, in Banda Aceh, Monday, December 30.

Hundreds of Acehnese from various regions came to the Aceh Governor's office by bringing a proposal for business assistance. In fact, the program does not exist, residents' arrivals based on misinformation received in their respective villages.

They queued in front of the Aceh Governor's office letter receipt room. Residents brought a proposal for business assistance. They went there after receiving false information in their respective areas.

"The information is wrong and a hoax. We apologize to the people who have come to the Aceh governor's office since this morning," he said.

Akkar explained that the budgeting process in the Aceh Government had been carried out since the previous year through joint discussions with the Aceh DPR.

Therefore, it is impossible for direct assistance to be provided at the end of the year without being based on the predetermined budget.

If there is assistance, he continued, it will certainly be carried out with an open announcement scheme or through an official notification in the mass media.

"For example, some time ago the Acting Governor of Aceh announced the recipients of housing assistance that will be built by the Aceh Perkim Service in 2025," he said as quoted by ANTARA.

Meanwhile, proposals that have just been submitted or submitted in early 2025 will soon be verified for a budget in 2026.

Therefore, Akkar reminded the public to be more careful in receiving information circulating, especially from sources that cannot be accounted for.

With this clarification, it is hoped that the public can better understand the mechanism for managing government assistance and not being trapped inaccurate information.

The Aceh government continues to be committed to being transparent and providing clear information to the public through official channels.

"We hope this explanation can straighten out his confusion and prevent the public from spreading false information," said Akkar Arafat.

On the other hand, a resident from Aceh Besar who was met at the Aceh Governor's office, Juliana admitted that he received information circulating in his village that the Aceh Government provided business capital assistance by submitting an application proposal.

He said he had been listening to the aid information for a long time, but only today he had brought his application proposal.

"We have received information for a few days, this is a proposal for business assistance. We just had time to take him," he said.

The same thing was conveyed by Jafaruddin, a resident of Lam Ujong Aceh Besar admitted that he received information about the business capital assistance from a coffee shop to a coffee shop.

After receiving the unconfirmed information, he finally made a proposal for a business capital application and took him to the Aceh Governor's office.

"At the coffee shop, there was information that I immediately made a proposal, I also attached this to my home business," he said.

After arriving at the Aceh Governor's office and knowing that the information received was wrong, he admitted that he was disappointed and immediately returned to his village again.
