MATARAM - The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police held a reconstruction of a case of alleged sexual harassment with a suspect with a disabled person with the initials IWAS alias Agus Bentung.

Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) of the NTB Police, Kombes Syarif Hidayat, said that the reconstruction of the suspect's version took place in three different locations with a total of 49 scenes.

"Actually, there are 28 scenes contained in the BAP (examination report). However, currently, there are 49 scenes developing in the field," said Kombes Syarif as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, December 11.

The three locations in Mataram City are where the reconstruction is carried out, namely in Taman Udayana and the outskirts of the Islamic Center where the suspect is introduced to the victim.

"For the homestay location itself, there are two versions. The version of the victim, who is more active is the suspect himself, either from opening the door, opening the victim's clothes or the perpetrator's clothes. Meanwhile, from the suspect's version, it is the victim who is active," he said.

In the activity which lasted about 3 hours, the Deputy Chief of Police of NTB, Brigadier General Ruslan Aspan, together with a number of the main officials of the NTB Police. Also present was an internal supervisory team from Itwasum Police Headquarters.

The NTB Regional Police in the reconstruction included an Inafis team, the prosecutor's office, women and children observer institutions, as well as IWAS suspects with the assistance of legal counsel.

By presenting all relevant parties, Syarif ensured that his party held this reconstruction in accordance with existing procedures and corridors.
