Influencer Claims To Be Cheated IDR 500 Million When Buying Coldplay Concert Tickets

TANGERANG - Rijki Budiman, an influencer on social media (medsos), made a police report for being deceived by the purchase of Coldplay concert tickets. The loss he suffered reached Rp. 500 million with a total of 115 tickets.

The report is registered with the number TBL/B/2642/XI/2023/SPKT/SELATAN TANGERANG/POLDA METRO JAYA, 20 November 2023.

The victim's attorney, Leon Maulana Mirza Pasha, said that there were two reported people, namely FM and AS. In fact, Leon suspects that the two perpetrators were affiliated with Ghisca Debora Aritonang (GDA), who was recently arrested by the Central Jakarta Metro Police.

"We suspect that the gang has been carefully planned, structured and well organized. Because it is suspected that FM and AS are a GDA gang," Mirza told reporters at the South Tangerang Police, Friday, November 24.

Leon revealed that the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK) had announced that the circulation of money flowing during the ticket purchase transaction process in 2023, before the suspect Ghisca Debora was arrested, reached Rp40 billion in several of his accounts.

"Especially in the span of time related to ticket sales for Coldplay concerts, namely in May during the initial period of ticket purchases to concerts in November 2023," he explained.

In this case, his party suspects that FM has received a flow of funds for the alleged criminal act of embezzlement of the concert ticket.

"We also have clear evidence showing that the reported party is also suspected of being involved in this series of events," he concluded.
