Dissolved Using Detergen, 11.70 Kg Of Sabu Barbuk Arrested 4 Suspects Destroyed By Jambi Police

JAMBI - Jambi Regional Police (Polda) destroyed 11.70 kilograms (kg) of methamphetamine seized from interprovincial networks.

"A total of 11.70 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine were successfully secured from four suspects in August and October 2023," said Head of Binops Ditresnarkoba Jambi Police AKBP Nukmansah in Jambi, Wednesday.

The four suspects are HR, RZ, IS and BB. Four suspects were arrested based on four reports received and handled by his party.

The police reported that the details of the seven kilograms of methamphetamine came from Aceh, three kilograms of crystal methamphetamine came from Medan and one kilogram of crystal methamphetamine came from Merlung, West Tanjab, Jambi Province. The four perpetrators who were arrested acted as couriers.

Of the 11 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine destroyed, the police managed to save 58,544 people with a comparison if one gram of crystal methamphetamine was used for five people.

If the economic value is calculated, the 11 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine have a value of Rp. 15.22 billion. This assumption is if one gram of crystal methamphetamine is valued at a value of Rp. 1.3 million.

Furthermore, the evidence was destroyed by dissolving it using a determinant.

For information, the perpetrators with the initials HR were secured in Merlung District, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, RZ and IS were secured in the Muaro Jambi Regency and Jambi City and the perpetrator with the initials BB was secured in the Muaro Jambi Regency area.

For their actions, these four suspects were subject to Article 114 paragraph 2 and Article 112 paragraph 2 concerning the Narcotics Law.
