JAKARTA - Candidate for president (candidate) Ganjar Pranowo watched the Soekarno Cup Village League Final soccer match at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (SUGBK), Senayan, Jakarta. He had mentioned that the referee had to be neutral when guiding the game.
