KALSEL - Acting (Pj) Regent of Hulu Sungai Selatan (HSS) South Kalimantan (Kalsel) Hermansyah instructed all village heads (Kades) to submit the State Administration Wealth Report (LHKPN) on time.

"I ask that all village heads within the HSS Regency Government who have been designated as obligatory pioneers of LHKPN, can have compliance with the rules," said Hermansyah in Kandangan, Friday, November 3, as quoted by Antara.

Hermansyah conveyed this during the socialization of corruption prevention and the delivery of LHKPN to village heads throughout HSS Regency.

Hermansyah said that every village head has the responsibility to honestly convey the LHKPN in accordance with the provisions set before March 31 every year.

Hermansyah revealed that the submission of LHKPN was to instill the nature of honesty, openness, and responsibility as well as to examine the integrity of the village heads.

The Acting Regent of HSS hopes that the participants who attend can participate in socialization activities properly so that the materials and simulations provided can be understood and implemented.

"Follow instructions from sources about filling in wealth reports through the e-LHKPN application online, can be used and used as feedback to make improvements and improvements to the performance of the village head," he said.

The HSS Regency Inspectorate initiated the LHKPN socialization as a commitment to create clean and transparent governance involving 138 village heads from 144 villages throughout HSS Regency.

Previously, HSS Regional Inspector Kiki Rachmawati reported that the socialization was a mandate from the MCP of the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) regarding compliance and obligation to convey LHKPN to the village heads.

Kiki said the mandate was followed up by the HSS Regent Regulation Number 37 of 2023 concerning LKHPN within the HSS Regency Government, to increase understanding for village heads regarding the negative effects of corruption.
