Around 16 Meters Of Kubik Garbage Gathered By Officers From 3 Crowd Points Of Prabowo-Gibran Registration

JAKARTA - Around 16 cubic meters of garbage were successfully cleared from three crowded points for residents and volunteers from the prospective presidential candidates Prabowo and Gibran who registered at the office of the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU), Menteng, Central Jakarta. "The waste cannot be estimated, but about 16 cubic meters," said Edy Susanto, a field officer for the Menteng Environmental Task Force (Satpel LH) to VOI on Jalan Imam Bonjol, Wednesday, October 25. The estimated 16 cubic meters of garbage came from the Taman Suropati area, Jalan Imam Bonjol and Jalan HOS Cokroaminoto. "Today we are preparing 3 teams divided into Jalan Imam Bonjol, Taman Suropati and Jalan Hos Cokroaminoto. Each team is 20 people. We join PPSU Kelurahan," he said. Previously in the registration of the Presidential and Vice Presidential Decree on the first day, the waste produced by the Environmental Task Force reached 32 cubic meters. "In the first registration, we have four fully equipped vehicles (vehicles loaded with garbage) 8 cubic meters are full. So yesterday's waste had a total of 32 cubic meters of garbage," he said. Today, Wednesday, October 25, 2023 is the second time that garbage cleaning activities have been carried out at the KPU office. "We from the Menteng Environmental Satpel (LH) have become a routine task wherever we carry out activities in public facilities when there is garbage, we continue to clean up," he said.

According to Edy, later the collection of garbage will be brought to Dipo Matraman, East Jakarta. "Later, we will sort the organic waste there again. The rest, we will bring the residual waste to Bantar Gebang, Bekasi," he said.
