Because Of An Unpleasant Smell, A Civil Servant Woman Was Found Rotting In The Senen Area Boarding House

JAKARTA - A civil servant (PNS) woman named Sri Herlina (58) was found dead in a swollen body and emitted an unpleasant odor on Tuesday, October 24, noon.

The victim was found in his boarding room on Jalan Kramat Pulo, Gang 9, No B.220, RT 02/04, Senen District, Central Jakarta. The victim's body was found at around 14:21 WIB.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Senen Police, Iptu Asep Dadang confirmed the discovery of the bodies in a boarding house. The victim is strongly suspected of having died of illness.

"After checking the crime scene, there were no bruises and signs of abuse on the victim's body, the initials SH. The victim worked as a civil servant," Iptu Iptu Asep told VOI, Tuesday, October 24.

The first time, the victim was found by a witness with the initials M. The victim was found when the witness smelled an unpleasant odor in the victim's boarding house. Then reported to the Senen Police.

"The discovery began with a pungent smell. Then Senen Police officers forcibly dismantled the locked door. The victim was found with a lot of oil from his swollen body. The results of identification from the Central Jakarta Police Inafis, there were no bruises or anything on the victim's body," he said.

The victim died of illness. However, the police have not found any remaining drugs belonging to the victim at the scene. Police are experiencing difficulties due to the large amount of liquid scattered at the scene of the death toll.

"The victim has been taken to Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital," he said.

Until now, the case is still being handled by the Senen Police. The police are also still asking for information from a number of eyewitnesses to the incident.
