Allegations Of Nepotism Related To The Constitutional Court's Decision Gibran Reported By The KPK: Monggo, Go Ahead

Surakarta Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka respects the reporting to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) against him because of allegations of collusion and nepotism related to the decision of the Constitutional Court (MK) regarding the presidential and vice presidential age limits. "Please, please," said Gibran in Solo, Central Java, Tuesday, October 24. Reports to the KPK submitted by the Indonesian Democratic Defenders Team (TPDI) and the Nusantara Advocates Association, apart from Gibran, were also addressed to President Joko Widodo, Kaesang Pangarep, and Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Anwar Usman who is Gibran's uncle. The report was submitted to the KPK on the practice of collusion and nepotism allegedly involving Gibran. Meanwhile, to address the pros and cons in the field following the results of his work while being the mayor of Surakarta and become a candidate for vice president (cawapres), Gibran submitted the assessment to the public.

"I return it again to the residents who judge," he said. Regarding the doubts of various parties who think he has not completed his responsibilities as mayor of Surakarta, Gibran also responded calmly. "Yes, let the residents judge," he said.
