Bejat, Uncle In Semarang Cabuli, A Nephew Of Class 1 Elementary School To Death

The death of a boy in Semarang with the initials KSA was unnaturally finally revealed. The 1st grade elementary school student was molested by his own uncle, until he finally died. The suspect named Ari Yulianto (22), a resident of Kampung Tas Pandansari, Sawah Besar Village, Gayamsari District, Semarang City. Ari had the heart to molest his own nephew who was only seven years old until the victim died. Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Semarang Polrestabes AKBP Donny Lumbantoruan explained, the suspect committed obscene acts from late August 2023 to October 14, 2023. "At the time of committing the last obscene act, the victim's condition was dropping because the victim happened to have a TB disease that had reached the brain, but we still need to confirm further with the doctor because it had not been released for the cause of death," said Donny Lumbantoruan, Thursday, October 19. Donny revealed, Ari committed this obscene act seven times at a time when the house was quiet. "He covered the victim's mouth and threatened the victim to obey what was done by his uncle," Donny explained. During examination by the team of doctors, there were wounds on the genitals and rectum of the victim due to sexual harassment by the perpetrator. Ari himself admitted that he had the heart to molest and rape the victim because he was aroused after watching pornographic films. He even kept many porn films on his cellphone.

From Ari's statement, to carry out his depraved act, Ari teased the KSA by pulling his body, then removing one by one the clothes the victim was wearing and molesting him. Worse, the perpetrator actually knew that the victim was sick. "Yes, I know that he is sick, but I know he has lung spots," said Ari. For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 76 E in conjunction with Article 82 of the Child Protection Law. He is threatened with a maximum imprisonment of 15 years.
