Prabowo's Vice President Has Not Been Announced, This Is Golkar's Words

JAKARTA - Golkar Party politician, Nusron Wahid, has opened his voice regarding the prospective vice presidential candidate (readwapres) Prabowo Subianto, who has yet to be announced.

Nusron did not talk much about Prabowo's vice president reading. However, he believes Prabowo's assistant in the 2024 presidential election is the best figure.

"We believe it is the best decision from Pak Prabowo together with the general chairmen of the Advanced Indonesia Coalition, his supporting parties (Prabowo)," said Nusron while attending the declaration of the Prabowo Volunteers in Jakarta, Thursday, October 19.

The man who was appointed by Golkar to enter Prabowo's winning team in the 2024 presidential election also said that Prabowo's candidate for vice president from his party would be decided this weekend.

"Not yet (there is a discussion of Prabowo's vice presidential candidate in Golkar). Just wait for Saturday. Rapimnas," said Nusron.

Nusron was reluctant to specify the person who would be supported by Golkar. However, several names have been linked to accompany Prabowo in the 2024 presidential election.

Some of these names include the Mayor of Solo as well as the eldest son of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Minister of SOEs Erick Thohir, and Chairman of the Crescent Star Party, Yusril Ihza Mahendra,
