Megawati, Ganjar To Jokowi Will Speech At The Opening Of The PDIP National Working Meeting IV

JAKARTA - The IV PDI-P National Working Meeting (Rakernas) will open today, Friday, September 29. PDIP General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) to Ganjar Pranowo as a presidential candidate (candidate) will make a speech.

The theme of the PDIP Rakernas IV is 'Food Sovereignty for the Welfare of the Indonesian People' with the theme 'Pangan as an Emblem for the Predemic of Indonesian Leadership for the World'. This activity lasted for three days until Sunday, October 1.

The event will take place at 14.00 WIB. Initially, the activity was opened with a party protocol that presented Paskibra members carrying the red and white flag and the banners of the party's honor.

Then, it was followed by singing the anthem Indonesia Raya and a moment of silence which will be led by the Secretary General of PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto.

The event continued with Megawati Soekarnoputri's political speech in front of her cadres. Then, Ganjar Pranowo and President Jokowi will also do the same.

After that, the inauguration of the PDIP Mobile Cinema Car will be carried out. The audience will also witness the film played by the car.

At this event, 4,000 farmers from various regions in Indonesia attended. Also present will be PDIP cadres from various levels.

PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto said President Jokowi was certain to attend. Cabinet Secretary Pramono Anung has submitted confirmation.

"Of course, from Mr. President Jokowi, Mas Pramono Anung (Cabinet Secretary) has confirmed that he is willing to attend," Hasto told reporters, Thursday afternoon, September 28.

In addition, Vice President Ma'ruf Amin and ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet will attend. However, the PDIP called Hasto did not invite everyone because they were aware that the opening ceremony of the Rakernas IV took place during weekdays.

"Because the working day is not all we invite, who are PDIP's friends and also of course the emotional bonding aspect with PDIP will be present," he said.

Finally, Hasto also mentioned that the general chairmen of political parties, the Secretariat General and the winning body of the election for the party supporting Ganjar Pranowo were also present at this National Working Meeting. "From the PPP, Hanura, and Perindo, they will be invited," he concluded.
