Caucasians In Bali Act To Encourage Police Because They Don't Accept Being Stopped Because Of Traffic Violations

DENPASAR - Circulating videos of motorized foreigners who were angry and encouraged the police because they did not accept being reprimanded for violating traffic at Sunset Road, Kuta, Badung, Bali.

The Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, said that the incident occurred at around 14.00 WITA, Monday, September 18, in front of a red light near the Sunset Road traffic police post.

"Based on the report of the incident, it started when it was found that foreigners riding motorbikes were stopped because the red light was in front of the Police Post," said Jansen, Monday, September 18.

The woman who was riding a foreigner also did not wear a helmet. Aiptu Puji Santoso and Aiptu Nyoman Siki Asmara members immediately approached the foreigner.

The officer checked the vehicle documents, but the foreigner did not bring them.

"The possibility of not accepting the examination because they feel they have violated the rules, suddenly the foreigner is angry and encourages Aiptu Puji Santoso," he added.

Furthermore, Aiptu Nyoman Siki Asmara intervened and gave an explanation to the foreigner regarding the rules for wearing a helmet and also carrying a driving letter.

"After being given a sentence in the form of a warning and understanding of traffic rules, the foreigner is welcome to continue his journey by Aiptu Nyoman Siki Asmara," he said.
