JAKARTA - Founder of the Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) Denny Januar Ali said, based on data from his survey agency, the majority of the public did not agree with the principle of the president as a party official. Denny explained that this happened because the majority of the public wanted a president who would work for the interests, welfare and justice of the public, not for the benefit of the party. " “ Say the word ‘ officer ’ want to be mentioned here, then the president is more appropriate to say ‘ the president of the people's officer ’ or ‘ president of constitutional officer ’,” said Denny. He also said that there was not a single article in the Indonesian constitution that stated that the president was responsible to the party.
