SPN Lampung Student Dies During Education, Family Requests Re-Autopsy

NIAS SELATAN - The family revealed that Advent Pratama Telaumbanua died allegedly due to being mistreated by Brigadier IR and his friends and not because he fell while attending physical guidance at the Lampung Police School (SPN). The family also asked for a re-autopsy.

The family is still very devastated by the death of Advent Pratama Telaumbanua, a student of the Lampung Regional Police School (SPN).

"The big family saw the victim's death odd, not because it fell. According to the information that came, the child (Advent Pratama Telaumbanua) was slammed by Brigadier Irwan and his friends until they said they were not fed either," said Rahmat Telaumbauna, uncle. Advent Pratama Telaumbauna, Tuesday 22 August.

"After I heard that, I consulted with my family, so the extended family in Nias urged that it be re-autopsied. At that time I conveyed to the SPN principal's assistant that the child must be autopsied," continued Rahmat.

He also revealed that in Advent Pratama Telaumbauna's body there were a number of wounds all over his body ranging from temples, noses, torn wounds to the chin, bruises to the waist, and in the tailbone there were black bruises that were suspected to be traces of abuse. In addition, the index finger was also injured and split.

"On the waist side there are bruises such as two lines such as a beam, then in the tail bone there is a black tail, namely the former persecution is likely to occur a week earlier, approximately 12 times 15 centimeters in diameter, such as a round lonjong. It is even more convincing that this child did not fall but because of the persecution, plus the index finger was split," he said.

The family also confirmed that the death of Advent Pratama Telaumbauna was not at the Bhayangkara Polda Lampung hospital but at the SPN location of the Lampung Police. Because the victim's clothes were torn in the middle.

"When I saw the body, his clothes were raided on the front. When I asked about it, it was because of a surprise device when he was at the hospital. If the child still had lives, his hands could still be opened. That's why I think the death of this child was tortured by planning," he explained.

Now the family hopes that the Lampung regional police will reveal this case clearly so as not to tarnish the image of the police, in forming new students of Polri non-commissioned officers.

"The plan is that Thursday, August 24, we plan to report to the Lampung Police Headquarters both in Propam and in Crime," he concluded.

As previously reported, Advent Pratama Telaumbanua, a student of SPN Polda Lampung died while undergoing physical coaching on Tuesday, August 15.

The family suspected that the death of Advent Pratama Telaumbanua was unnatural because there were injuries in his body and then the family asked for an autopsy at the Haji Adam Malik Central General Hospital (RSUP) Medan.

After an autopsy was carried out, the body of Advent Pratama Telaumbanua was then taken to his hometown in the Taluzusua Village area, Sidudi District, South Nias Regency, North Sumatra, and buried on Sunday, August 20 afternoon.
