Former Head Of DIY Dispertaru Denies Accepting Gratification Related To Land Mafia

YOGYAKARTA - Former Head of the DIY Land and Spatial Planning Service Krido Suprayitno denied receiving gratuities or government goods related to the village treasury land mafia case.

This was conveyed by Krido when examined as a witness in the alleged corruption case of using village treasury land in Caturtunggal Village, Sleman, with the accused Director of PTDeztama Putri Sentosa Robinson Saalino at the Yogyakarta District Court (PN), Monday, August 21.

"During our tenure we never received anything, promises or gifts," said Krido in a trial chaired by Djauhar Setyadi.

However, Krido later admitted to receiving a gift from Robinson in the form of an ATM card with a balance of Rp294 million that had been spent on personal needs.

The ATM card received in 2021 is admitted by Krido, not in the name of himself or on behalf of Robinson.

"We don't know which name the ATM is. We were only told PIN," he said.

He admitted that the receipt was not related to the case of utilizing village treasury land, but a personal matter between him and Robinson regarding the sale and purchase of land.

According to Krido, the defendant Robinson in the 2000s bought his land in Kalitirto Village, Brebah District, Sleman Regency with an area of 294 square meters.

Defendant Robinson, according to Krido, gave the ATM with the aim of displacing the payment for the purchase of his land.

Chairman of the Panel of Judges Djauhar Setyadi assessed that the use of the ATM was unusual because the payment of the sale and purchase of land should have been made by transferring it directly to the Krido account.

"You can transfer directly. It is not uncommon why you use an ATM. You will be sworn in and tested for truth later because it is connected to other evidence," said Djauhar.

In addition to receiving an ATM, the former Head of the DIY Dispertaru also admitted that he received Rp150 million in cash from Robinson as a continuation of the land payment.

Because until now it has not been paid off, said Krido, the status of the land is still in the form of buying and selling (PJB). "Because it has not been paid off," he said.

Meanwhile, regarding the case of using village treasury land in Caturtunggal Village, Krido admitted that he had initiated six meetings with Robinson informally outside the office from October 2022 to December 2022.

According to him, the meeting was solely to follow up on the warnings and summons sent by the Governor of Yogyakarta Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X to Robinson as the developer so that he would immediately fulfill the permits and procedures related to the use of village treasury land.

"On October 3, 2022, we met at the 'Ngopa-gopi Cafe. In the meeting, we asked the person concerned to follow up on the warning to adjust according to the procedure," he said.

Previously, the former Head of the Land and Spatial Planning Service (Dispertaru) DIY Krido Suprayitno himself had been named a suspect in the village treasury mafia case by the DIY High Prosecutor's Office.

While serving as Head of Dispertaru DIY, Krido allegedly received gratuities from Robinson in the form of two plots of land located in Purwomartani, Kalasan, Sleman in 2022 covering an area of 600 square meters and 800 square meters for IDR 4.5 billion, respectively.

In addition to land, Krido is also suspected of receiving a cash gratuity of around Rp. 211 million which was withdrawn from the BRI account ATM on behalf of Novy Kristianti, Robinson's wife.
