JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto revealed that 86.6 million plots of land have been certified.

"The accumulation of registered land parcels until July 25, 2023, reached 105.2 million fields and 86.6 million of them have been certified," Hadi said as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 15.

To improve his achievements, he requested that the acceleration scheme and assistance for Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) be drawn up with a two-week target.

In connection with Agrarian Reform, Hadi highlighted the implementation of the 2023 Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA) Summit.

He stressed that the declaration of GTRA Summit must be jointly executed by ministries/agencies. "Declaration is a promise to the people that must be carried out," he said.

The Minister of ATR/Head of BPN reminded the ranks in the regions to immediately follow up on the potential for abandoned land that was inventoried so that it could be followed up to be included in the Land Bank, so that it could be utilized optimally for the Agrarian Reform, a forum for improving athletes' achievements, public interest, investment, and so on.

"Do not let abandoned land that is put into the Land Bank be abandoned again and unproductive," he said.

Hadi Tjahjanto also appealed to his staff to develop an effective strategy in completing work that has not yet reached the output target, so as to increase budget absorption. However, this strategy must pay attention to the availability of resources such as time, tools, and human resources.

"Because it will be increasingly limited considering the tight activities that must be carried out towards the end of the fiscal year," he said.

With the strategy and programs initiated by the Ministry of ATR/BPN, the final goal to be given is to improve land services for the community. This basis then encourages the creation of the focus of the Seven Priority Services of the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

This is also proof that the Ministry of ATR/BPN is a public service-oriented institution.

"This means that as people's servants, we should provide land services and spatial planning that are fast, transparent, and of high quality," said Hadi Tjahjanto.
