Police Reconstruction 75 Scenes Of The Death Of Bripda Ignatius, Including The Eruption Of Bullets Under The Victim's Ears

Bogor Police have reconstructed the case of the shooting of Police Brigadier Dua Ignatius Dwi Frisco Sirage or Bripda IDF (20) at the Police Flat, Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java (West Java).

Head of the Bogor Police Satreskrim Adjunct Commissioner of Police Yohanes Redhoi Sigiro said as many as 75 scenes were demonstrated by two suspects, namely Bripda IMS and Bripka IG in the reconstruction carried out behind closed doors on Monday 7 August day until night.

"There were two suspects who were present and were not replaced. Then also the original witnesses, none of whom were played by the role of substitute. Only the victims were indeed played by the replacement role," said Sigiro in Bogor, West Java, Tuesday, August 8, as reported by Antara.

According to him, as many as 75 scenes were demonstrated in detail, ranging from pouring drinks that were in arrears on a rotating basis to suspects who wanted to escape from the Police Flats after the shooting.

"It is demonstrated in detail who poured it, who drank it, and was drunk alternately with one glass turned," he explained.

Sigiro explained that the suspect Bripda IMS acted as a firearm user and Bripka IG as the owner of an illegal firearm known to be assembled.

During the reconstruction, the suspect took out a weapon and showed it to the victim who came at the end of the series of events.

"So, initially the victim was not at the location, then the victim called from his teammate who was in the crime scene room. The victim finally joined one suspect and two other witnesses," explained AKP Sigiro.

Then, a firearm erupted at the bottom of the victim's right ear and penetrated into the back of the neck.

The reconstruction which lasted about eight hours was also attended by representatives of the Bogor District Attorney, the Special Detachment (Densus) 88 Anti-terror Police, and the National Police Commission (Kompolnas).

Previously, Bripda IDF was shot dead by an illegal homemade firearm at the Police Flat, Cikeas, Bogor Regency, West Java, Sunday, July 23.

Two members of the National Police from Densus 88 Anti-terror have been named as suspects, namely Bripda IMS and Bripka IG. Both were declared to have violated the code of ethics for the category of serious violations and criminal acts of Article 338 of the Criminal Code.

Bripda IMS is subject to Article 338 or 359 of the Criminal Code and/or Law Number 12 of 1951. Meanwhile, the suspect Bripka IG is subject to Article 338 in conjunction with Article 56 and/or Article 359 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code and/or the Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951.

Both face the death penalty or life imprisonment or a temporary prison sentence of up to 20 years.
