Active Civil Servant Status, Three Panwascams In Central Bengkulu Dismissed

BENGKULU - The Election Organizers Honorary Council (DKPP) imposed a Temporary Dismissal sanction on the three District Election Supervisory Committees (Panwascam) from Central Bengkulu Regency. "The three are Suprapto (Chairman of Panwascam Merigi Kelindang), Wawan Suseno (Pangota of Panwascam Bang Haji), and Irawan Firmansyah (Member of Panwascam Taba Penjung) as defendants V, VI, and XII in case Number 78-PKE-DKPP/V/2023," said DKPP Chairman Heddy Lugito quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, August 3. Sanctions for the three were read out in a trial reading the decision on the alleged violation of the Election Organizer Code of Ethics (KEPP) as many as five cases held in the Jakarta DKPP Session Room, on Wednesday. Imposing a temporary dismissal sanction to the V Suprapto defendant as the Chair concurrent of Panwaslu Merigi Kelindang District Member, Teradu VI Wawan Suseno as a Member of Panwaslu District Bang Haji, Defendant XII Irawan Firmansyah as a Member of Panwaslu District Taba Penjung," said Heddy Lugito. The sanction is valid until a temporary dismissal decision letter as a State Civil Apparatus has been issued for 30 working days since the decision was readout. The three of them are known to have not submitted a request for temporary dismissal as a civil servant since being elected until now. This is a mandatory requirement for civil servants appointed as an adhoc supervisor.

The conditions must be fulfilled by defendants V, VI, and XIII.
