JAKARTA - Britain's Prince William has surprised shoppers by serving eco-friendly burgers from a food truck in London.
In a video released on Sunday, the heir to the throne shares the "Earthshot Burger", a reference to the work of last year's Earthshot Prize winners, which he founded to help develop solutions to environmental problems.

"So this box that you're about to eat is made by a company called Notpla and instead of using plastic, they make a layer of seaweed," the prince told customers in the burger van.
"The ingredients in this burger are grown in greenhouses in India from a company called Kheyti, and last but not least, the cooking method uses a device called Mukuru Clean Stoves, designed by a woman in Kenya who came up with this concept to reduce air pollution. ," said Prince William.
