JAKARTA - The attack on the Crimea Bridge on Monday morning was carried out by the Ukrainian special service, the Russian Investigative Committee reported.

Separately, a Kremlin spokesman said all Russian government agencies were working to prevent terror attacks, saying the Kyiv regime was dangerous.
