Joint SAR officers evacuated one victim trapped in a car that was crushed by a land transport truck on Jalan Prof. Hamka, Ngaliyan, Semarang City, Wednesday, June 7. The victim was declared safe.

It took officers about four hours to save the victim who was a girl from the Toyota Agya car.

Two excavators were brought to the scene to lift the back of the truck that hit the front of the car.

He said the car that was hit by the truck was dragged several meters. After the incident, he said, one child got out of the back of the car.

When checked, he continued, there were still three victims who were still sitting in the front of the car who were still trapped.

After the evacuation, the survivor was immediately rushed to Dr. Kariadi Hospital Semarang.
