He explained that the ATM, which was named a suspect, admitted that he was determined to distribute the video of a student with the initials NRT because the perpetrators did not accept their romantic relationship, was decided. "Investigators found that there were at least 12 videos of the victim being naked from the suspect, several videos were deliberately distributed because they did not accept the decision," he said.

According to Yudha, the victim felt deeply disadvantaged morally by the spread of the video footage, which according to the information was taken without the victim's knowledge. For this action, said Yudha, the suspect was charged with violating Article 27 paragraph (1) Juncto Article 45 paragraph (1) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning information and electronic transactions (ITE), with the threat of imprisonment for six years and a fine of Rp. 1 billion.
