Waste Officer Testimony Finds Baby's Body In Kebon Jeruk River: I Think Cat

JAKARTA - A baby's body was found blue and emitted an unpleasant odor that was caught in the pile of garbage from the Secretary's River, Kebon Jeruk District, West Jakarta.

Based on Ade Amin's statement, an eye witness to the incident, the baby's discovery began when he was working to clean up piles of garbage.

"Suddenly saw the figure of the baby's corpse. At first I thought it was like a pile of rat or cat carcasses, after I confirmed it was a baby," Ade Amin told reporters, Monday, May 22.

Meanwhile, before the baby's body was evacuated, Ade Amin reported the findings to the nearest police station.

"There is no place, there is no cloth. It is in a decomposed condition," he said.

This incident has happened twice during Ade's work as a garbage cleaning officer.

"The experience of finding this has been twice," he said.

Meanwhile, according to Herman, BPBD officers, the body of the poor baby had been evacuated to the RSCM using an ambulance.

"The estimate from the identification team is that the baby is thought to have only been born for about 4 days. The album was released and the baby was caught due to the flow of the river. It is estimated that it was washed away for 3 to 4 days. Part of his body was destroyed," he added.
