Police Suspect Cause Of Tourism Bus Accident Overturned In Guci Tegal Due To Parking Locations That Drop

CENTRAL JAVA - Police are still investigating the alleged accident of a tourism bus that rolled into a river in Guci, Tegal, Central Java. The police suspect that the incident occurred because the bus was parked at its location which had decreased.

"Temporary assumption is that the parking location has decreased somewhat. The vehicle has been heated. And it has been blocked and stressed by kenek," said Tegal Police Chief AKBP Moc Saud Sajarod Zakun when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, May 7.

Zakun admitted that his party was still looking for clues, the cause of the vehicle being able to slide or jump freely, even though the tour bus driver had done a hand brake.

He admitted that he did not want to speculate about the alleged presence of someone who accidentally touched the handbrake of the tourism bus from Tangerang.

Death Toll

One tourist bus victim from Tangerang who overturned in Guci is confirmed to have died. After receiving treatment at the nearest health center.

"Yes, that's right. Yes, he died at the health center just now," said Zakun.

Zakun said that for the number of victims affected by the bus to roll over, there were 30 people. The current victim has been taken to the nearest hospital. For media treatment.

"There were approximately 30 people and shortly after the incident it was handled properly by members and medical officers to provide care and take the passenger who was injured to the nearest puskesmas and polyclinic hospital," he said.
