Loss Of Control, Gas Cylinder Loading Truck Overturned On Jalan Raya Kemang Bogor

The gas cylinder cargo truck rolled over on the Kemang Bogor road, Wednesday, May 3.

BOGOR - Allegedly lost control, a truck loaded with gas cylinders rolled over after crashing into a road divider in Substation Village RT 04/08, Parakanjaya Village, Kemang District, Wednesday, May 3.

Information obtained, the vehicle numbered B 9102 FYY typeANG Diesel crashed into the road divider until Wednesday afternoon, the traffic flow was still congested, because the vehicle evacuation was still ongoing.

"The incident occurred at around 11.00 WIB, there was a loud sound that hit the road divider," explained Pudin, a local resident.

Pudin explained, when the concrete barrier incident was thrown near his shop.

However, there were no fatalities, and at the time of the incident the driver and kernet immediately came out. In addition, the route is dark and the road is slightly plunging.

"It is possible that the driver could not control the speed of the vehicle. It was rare for the same incident, but there had been a vehicle climbing to the road divider," he explained.

The impact of the accident of a gas truck that hit a road divider in Kemang, caused Jalan Raya Parung to stall. Congestion snaked up to two directions to the Kemang gas station.

Officers of the Laka Unit Pondok Udik Bogor Police, Aiptu Edwi Prasetyo, admitted that the current situation of the gas truck has been evacuated.

According to him, the truck loaded with gas lost control after avoiding other passing vehicles.

"Currently, the officers are still cleaning the used retail oil and gasoline with the help of local residents," explained Edwi Prasetyo.

The traffic of Jalan Raya Parung until 10.08 WIB was still congested from two directions, namely the Salabendan red light to Kemang and the Kemang Gasoline Pom towards Bogor City.
