Jokowi Almost Consumption, Deputy Governor Of NTT Ensures That The Meal At The ASEAN Summit Is Formalin Free

NTT - Deputy Governor (Deputy Governor) of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Josef Nae Soi ensures that dishes for state guests participating in the 42nd ASEAN Summit (KTT) are free from formalin content.

This was revealed by the Deputy Governor of NTT in response to the news that President Joko Widodo almost consumed formalin-contained fruit in Labuan Bajo, Regency, West Manggarai, NTT, during a vacation with his family.

"It must have been seen, checked for sure guests. From his own country, he has been examined, it is impossible to give him such food. It is impossible," Josef said when met at the Presidential Palace Courtyard in Jakarta, Thursday, April 27, confiscated by Antara.

Josef memastikan tidak akan mengambil makanan dari tempat makan yang sama dengan yang dikunjungi Presiden dan keluarga.

"Food is definitely impossible to take from there, it's impossible," he said.

Josef assessed the role of local governments in implementing the ASEAN Summit as a supporting factor in preparing technical matters other than those prepared by the President and the central government.

"We prepared there whether there was a dance or not, then the children when the mothers wanted to go to the souvenir place there was a calf fence or not. These are our technical things as hosts. Things that are in principle of affairs from the Coordinating Minister (coordinating Minister)," he said.

On the previous occasion, President Joko Widodo reviewed a number of locations that will be used in the implementation of the ASEAN Summit, in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara, Tuesday, April 25.

Jokowi arrived in Labuan Bajo since Saturday evening, April 22. In addition to visiting the location of the ASEAN Summit, Jokowi invited his family to take a vacation. Then, Monday 24 April, Jokowi visited the Loh Buaya area, Rinca Island, Komodo National Park.

During his visit to Loh Buaya, Jokowi passed the jerumbah road ("elevated deck") which had been built. He took the time to rest for a while at the Cafe Ranger before heading to the Komodo Information Center to see 52 diorama.
