Moeldoko Says KSP Experts Will Always Be The Mouthpiece Of Government Performance In Public Space

JAKARTA - Presidential Chief of Staff Moeldoko emphasized that the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) is always ready to disseminate government work to the public in public spaces. That way, the KSP will actively become a communication mouthpiece for the Government of President Joko Widodo-Ma'ruf Amin.

"Regarding KSP's criticism of dominating the public space too much, I don't care. Because the government has worked for the people. If we don't say something, the people will think the government isn't doing anything," said Moeldoko in Jakarta, Wednesday, March 15

Moeldoko also assured that KSP is a learning organization that continuously strives to develop the capabilities of its members. This means, the quality, knowledge, and experience of KSP experts continue to be honed consistently.

"Indeed, we are talking about quantity and quality. But the advantage of KSP is data. We have to think about how the data becomes a language that can be accepted by the community," concluded Moeldoko.

Meanwhile, as one of the government's efforts to effectively communicate its work to the public, KSP held a spokesperson training for a total of 42 experts and presidential special staff for 2 days.

In this training, palace spokespersons were prepared to provide accurate and educative information to the public through media broadcasts.

"KSP is not a Google machine. But the 42 people who are spokespersons for KSP are experts in their respective fields. We want to present the best to the public regarding the real conditions in the government's work environment," said Moeldoko.
