JAKARTA - Attorney N, the key witness in the persecution case against David,

Muannas Alaidid said that there was an impression of objection and refusal from the child perpetrator AG when his client ordered him to support David's head.

The incident took place when N learned about David's abuse from the second floor of his house, in the Pesanggrahan area, South Jakarta. N than with her husband approached the location of the persecution case.

At the location, there are suspects Mario Dandy, Shane and AG. All three stood frozen when N came and rebuked them.

Seeing that David's victim was motionless and unconscious, N then appointed AG to help support David's head.

According to Muannas, the order came from N because he saw the victim David lying down unconscious. Ironically, the AG seemed to mind and didn't want to help.

"But it seemed that Person A objected not wanting to help. In the end, our Witness N was forced to speak up", said Muannas. AG then came to help.

"Just like a gimmick, A helps. But it was done not on awareness but on orders (from N)", said Muannas.

Not only N, Muannas emphasized that the perpetrators Mario and Shane also did not help the victims.

"So it is certain that when he N came to the scene of the incident they were not in a position to help the victims. Everyone. Mario, AG and S", explained Muannas.

The two perpetrators Mario and Shane have been named as suspects. Meanwhile, AG, because he is still 15 years old, has the status of a child perpetrator.

Last Wednesday, AG decided to be detained after being questioned for 6 hours.

In the David abuse case, AG was charged with Article 76c juncto Article 80 of the Child Protection Act and/or 355 paragraph 1 juncto 56, subsidiary 354 paragraph 1 juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, a further subsidiary 353 paragraph 2 juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, a further subsidiary 351 paragraph 2 juncto 56 Criminal Code.
