JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Muhammad Fadil Imran explained the reason for the detention of Kompol D in the case of the Audi A6 accident that hit a Cianjur student. Kompol D was detained in the case of infidelity. "We have detained the person concerned, will be processed indiscriminately, according to the provisions of the police professional code of ethics," said Fadil in Jakarta, Tuesday, January 31, as reported by Antara. Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko explained Kompol D had violated the police professional code of ethics. "Violating the police professional code of ethics in the form of lowering the image of the Police, Article 5 paragraph 1 letter b and personality ethics in the form of committing adultery or infidelity Article 13 letter f of the National Police Chief Number 7 of 2022 concerning the Professional Code and the Police Code of Ethics Commission," Trunoyudo said in a written statement Monday (30/1). Trunoyudo explained that Kompol D was said to have a relationship with a woman with the initials N in the case of an accident that killed a student at the Suryakancancana University, Selvi Amalia Nuraeni on Friday (20/1) in Cianjur, West Java. "Compol D established a special relationship for approximately eight months, since April 2022," he said. Trunoyudo added that the National Police leadership had taken firm action against Kompol D.

"Special placement for 21 days at Polda Metro Jaya," he said.

Previously, there was a hit-and-run case experienced by a student named Selvi Amalia Nuraini by a black Audi car driven by N who claimed to be the wife of a police officer. The police said that the car was not the core group guarding the police officers but the car that forced them into the group.
