Gibran Said Prabowo Will Help Revitalize After Visiting Mangkunegaran Temple 2 Times

CENTRAL JAVA - Mayor of Solo Gibran Rakabuming Raka ensured that Minister of Defense (Menhan) Prabowo Subianto would assist in the process of revitalizing the interior of the Mangkunegaran Temple in Solo.

"Mr. Prabowo went to Mangkunegaran this morning, he has been there twice (yesterday and today), meaning he wants to help with something, in the Cavalry (section)," he said in Solo, Central Java (Central Java), Wednesday, January 25, as reported by Antara.

He said Prabowo wanted to return the Mangkunegaran Temple to its original form. According to him, the building which was used as the headquarters of the Mangkunegaran military forces is currently in a deplorable condition.

"It's horrified, that's why we have to touch it right away. What is clear is to park the horses, put in the Mangkunegaran legion's weapons. Everything will be returned to its initial form," he said.

The revitalization will also target the front of the temple or pamedan which used to be a sandy field for horse riding practice.

"Like Pracima, it's returned to its original form," he said.

As for the origin of the funds to be used for revitalization, he does not want to say yet. However, he ensured that the revitalization funds did not come from the Ministry of Defense (Kemhan).

"Related to that, I'll let Mas Bhre (Adipati Mangkunegara X) make the statement. The point is that Mr. Prabowo used to be the Minister of Finance, he wanted to make a contribution to Mangkunegaran, right," he said.

Previously, BUMN Minister Erick Thohir had inaugurated the Pracima Park or Pracima Tuin which is in the Mangkunegaran Temple area. Erick hopes that this revitalization can increase the level of tourist visits in the city of Solo.

"Take care of cultural activities, festivals, music, etc. If there are no activities, it will be quiet too," he said.
