JAKARTA - The COVID-19 Task Force reported that the daily cases of COVID-19 increased by 7,110 people per day.
Data from the COVID-19 Task Force, quoted by ANTARA, noted that the daily addition of cases brought the total number of confirmed positive cases since March 2020 to 6,634,648 people.
The provinces that contributed the most additional cases were DKI Jakarta 3,018 cases, West Java 1,454 cases, Banten 732 cases, East Java 623 cases, and Central Java 412 cases.

Meanwhile, 41 additional deaths were recorded, including 12 in East Java, nine in DKI Jakarta, three in Central Java, Bali, DI Yogyakarta, and South Sumatra.
The COVID-19 Task Force also noted that the number of active cases which included COVID-19 sufferers who were still undergoing treatment and self-isolation today was 63,863 active cases, down by 600 people compared to the previous day November 23.
