Flying On A Special Presidential Plane, Ma'ruf Amin Leaves Jakarta To Pontianak

JAKARTA - Vice President Ma'ruf Amin left for Pontianak City, West Kalimantan, to open the 14th Business Gathering of the Indonesian Muslim Merchants Association.

Flying using a Boeing 737-400 of the Indonesian Air Force, Vice President Ma'ruf Amin accompanied by Wury Estu Handayani and a limited entourage departed from the Halim Perdanakusumah Air Force Base, Jakarta, at 16.00 WIB, to the Supadio Air Force Base, West Kalimantan.

Arriving in Pontianak, Ma'ruf Amin, Wury, and their entourage headed to the hotel and were scheduled to have dinner with the Governor of West Kalimantan, Sutarmidji, and Lismaryani Sutarmidji.

On Wednesday, November 23, Ma'ruf Amin is scheduled to open the 14th Business Gathering of the Indonesian Muslim Merchants Association at the Golden Tulip Hotel as well as conduct the groundbreaking of the Amanda Hotel and the signing of the inauguration of the Horticultural Plant Processing Factory (Khatulistiwa Global Food) and Adinda Mulia Clinic.

Furthermore, Ma'ruf Amin and his entourage headed to the Equator Global Food factory to conduct a review. After reviewing Equator Global Food, Ma'ruf Amin and his entourage headed to the Supadio Air Force Base to continue their working visit to Purbalingga, Central Java.

Using the Special Presidential Aircraft Bae-RJ 85 of the Indonesian Air Force, Ma'ruf Amin and a limited group headed to the Air Force Base General Besar Soedirman Purbalingga, Central Java, to open the 41st National Conference of Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah in Purwokerto.

Then, Thursday, November 24, Ma'ruf Amin continued his working visit from Purwokerto, Central Java, to Garut Regency, West Java, using the Super Puma Presidential VVIP Helicopter TNI AU. In Garut, Ma'ruf Amin is scheduled to attend the 18th anniversary of the Al-Jauhari Islamic Boarding School.

Also accompanying Vice President Ma'ruf Amin on the working visit were the Head of the Secretariat of the Vice President Ahmad Erani Mustika, Special Staff for the Vice President for Bureaucratic Reform Mohamad Nasir, Special Staff for the Vice President for Communication and Information Masduki Baidlowi, and Special Staff for the Vice President for Political and Institutional Relations Robikin Emhas.
