JAKARTA - The South Jakarta (Jaksel) District Court has again held a follow-up hearing in the premeditated murder and obstruction of justice case against Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J with the defendant Ferdy Sambo and friends after being postponed for a week.

The trial will be held from Monday 21 November 2022 to Friday 25 November 2022.

On Monday, the trial will have the agenda of examining witnesses with the defendants Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu alias Bharada E, Ricky Rizal alias Bripka RR and Kuat Ma'ruf.

Then on Tuesday 22 November, the trial for the murder of Brigadier J continued with the defendants Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi. "The agenda for examining witnesses," said the Public Relations Officer for the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto, Sunday, November 20.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, November 20, the trial agenda was abolished. The trial will be held again tomorrow.

On Thursday, November 24, the hearing discussed the obstruction of justice case or obstructing the investigation into the murder of Brigadier J.

The trial will also begin with the agenda of examining witnesses with the defendant and Chuck Putranto, Agus Nurpatria, Hendra Kurniawan, Irfan Widyanto, and Baiquni Wibowo.

Then, the trial of the obstruction of justice case with the agenda of examining witnesses was again held at the South Jakarta District Court on October 25. This time the trial was for the defendant Arif Rachman Arifin.
