NTB - A motorcycle belonging to a foreign national named Nella Iris Onerva Taarasti (30) from Paimela, Finland, which was stolen by a thief has been found. A total of three perpetrators were arrested by the Central Lombok Police Puma Team.

"The alleged perpetrator and evidence have been confiscated for further legal proceedings," said Central Lombok Police Criminal Investigation Unit Chief Iptu Redho Rizky Pratama, in Praya, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), as quoted from Antara, Monday, October 31.

The three perpetrators have the initials M, male, 23 years old; IJ, male, 20 years old; and LJP alias Ato, male, 22 years old. They are residents of Kuta Village, Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency.

Redho said the theft began when the victim headed to Kuta Beach using a motorcycle for a bonfire and grilled fish with her friends, and parked her motorbike near the beach in the local village area.

"Arriving at the location, the victim and her friends started activities while playing guitar and singing," he said.

After a while, the victim's friend informed her that the motorbike used was no longer in its original place, so the victim immediately reported the incident to the Mandalika Regional Police.

Arriving at the scene, it turned out that LJP had been secured by residents. "Members conducted initial interrogation of the alleged perpetrator LJP who confessed his actions together with two of his friends," he added.

Based on this confession, the Puma Team immediately searched the area around Kuta Beach and managed to arrest the other two suspected perpetrators, M and IJ.

The three alleged perpetrators together with evidence in the form of a black Honda Beat motorcycle were secured at the Central Lombok Police for further investigation and development.
