Jokowi's Request For Details During A Meeting With The Police General At The Palace: No Aides And Cellphones, Come By Bus!

JAKARTA - This afternoon, the top brass of the Bhayangkara Corps - including the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, approached the Palace. They will hear direct directions from President Jokowi in the midst of the seemingly endless police problems.

Instructions this time it feels special. It's nothing, the Police are facing a huge problem. And all problems have lives that are lost.

Everyone knows how the story of Brigadier J.'s murder was carried out by Ferdy Sambo's team, the ruler of the National Police Propam - the police. Like a tsunami wave, this case has battered the National Police, who are suspected of being obstruction of justice.

The case has not yet gone to trial, yet another case appears. Not just any case because the whole world was shocked.

So the Friday, October 14 briefing from Jokowi to the Police was completely different. And Jokowi made many special requests to these stars. This is a rare request.

All police who come must wear Field Service Clothing (PDL). Their hair will be visible because Jokowi forbade these stars to wear headgear. Even Jokowi also made a very unusual request, not to carry the baton!

Police officers who will be present are also not allowed to bring ADC or aides and cellphones. They are only allowed to bring notebooks and pens.

For three stars and above, you are still allowed to enter the Palace through the 1st Veterans Gate. But under the pretext of limited parking space, the two stars and below are prepared by bus vehicles with a gathering point at PTIK.
