GIANYAR - Russian Caucasian in Bali with the initials AT (43) rampage while naked. This Caucasian also spat on the residents.

This foreigner acted on Saturday, August 27 night at the homestay of Desa Mas, Ubud, Gianyar Regency, Bali.

"He's staying at a homestay and lately his behavior is a bit strange, he drinks (alcohol) constantly and he's completely naked, spit on (people) and asks for cigarettes. So people are afraid," said Ubud Police Chief Commissioner (Kompol) Gusti Ngurah Yudistira, Monday, August 29.

Residents who are restless with Russian Caucasian chose to report to the Ubud Police. The police who came immediately secured this Caucasian and was taken to a mental hospital (RSJ) in Bangli, Bali.

"We had time to calm down, that night (Sunday) was getting worse and we couldn't communicate. This is because people with mental disorders can't be communicated and taken to Bangli Hospital for treatment," continued Kompol Yudistira.

The police have coordinated with the Russian consulate in Bali and the immigration authorities. It is not known how long this Russian Caucasian has lived in Bali

"We have reported it to the consulate and we have also conveyed it to immigration. He (a Russian foreigner) cannot be communicated with," said Kompol Yudistira.
