BSDCity Gangster Member Who Perpetrated The Stabbing At Pondok Aren Arrested At His Home While Sleeping

TANGSEL – Members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Pondok Aren Sector Police finally arrested the perpetrator of the stabbing of a teenager with the initials AR (19) in the Pondok Kacang area, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang. The perpetrator with the initials ATP (16) was arrested after 3 months of running away from the police.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Pondok Aren Police, Iptu Leo Licyano, said the stabbing took place on Tuesday, March 29 at 04.00 WIB.

Leo said the victim was chatting with four witnesses at the crime scene (TKP). Suddenly a group of motorbikes came calling their gang name BSDCity. They pointed sharp weapons at the victim.

"The victim along with the witnesses fled but the victim fell in the bushes. The perpetrator immediately stabbed a sharp weapon towards the victim's body so that the victim suffered lacerations to the head, left arm and waist," explained Leo, to reporters.

After slashing AR, the perpetrator fled leaving the victim. The witness, the victim's colleague, immediately reported to the police together with AR.

"At that time, the victim had a post-mortem and a BAP was made with the witnesses," he said.

The results of the investigation, the perpetrator was arrested on Sunday, June 26, at 05.00 WIB.

"After knowing his identity and home address, the Opsnal Team managed to arrest the suspect who was sleeping in his room," said Leo.

The perpetrator was immediately taken to the Pondok Aren Police Station, for examination. In addition, the evidence used during the action was also brought by the police.

"The suspect admitted that he had committed violence by slashing the victim using a sharp weapon of the type of sickle," he explained.

For his actions, the perpetrators were charged with Article 351 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code with a maximum penalty of 5 years in prison.
