"Meanwhile, the results of supervision in the field, the business (Holywings Group) sells alcoholic beverages for drinking in places that legally should have a Direct Seller Certificate (SKPL) class B and C with PB-UMKU KBLI 56301," said the Head of the Industry Service, Trade, Cooperatives, and UKM DKI Jakarta Province, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo.
"Of the 7 outlets that have a Retailer's Certificate (SKP) KBLI 47221, there are even 5 other outlets that do not have the letter," she added.
The recommendations from the two OPDs will become the basis for the Investment Agency and One Stop Service to be submitted to the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). Thus, all the business licenses of the 12 outlets of the Holywings Group can be revoked immediately.
