JAKARTA - The victims of the Binomo fraudulent investment case highlighted the case files for Indra Kenz and other suspects, which were not declared complete or P21.

Even though it has been a week since the case files of the suspects were transferred by the Bareskrim Polri investigators to the research prosecutor at the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes (JamPidum) of the Attorney General's Office.

"Investigators have completed the P19 file of suspect Indra Kesuma and it has been submitted to the public prosecutor on June 6. Then, submitted the files for the other suspects on June 10," said the attorney for the victim, Binomo Finsensius Menndrofa, in his statement, Friday, June 17.

If there is no progress regarding the case file, the victims plan to hold a demonstration at the Attorney General's Office. The plan, they will hold an action on Monday, June 20.

"The victim will also in the near future conduct a demonstration at the Attorney General's Office to urge the Public Prosecutor to declare the case file complete (P21)," said Finsensius.
