Pilgrims Of Hajj In Mecca Will Be Served By Shalawat Bus To The Grand Mosque

MECCA - The Head of the Mecca Working Area (Daker) Mukhammad Khanif said all Indonesian pilgrims who were prospective Hajj pilgrims would be served entirely by prayer buses for transportation to the Grand Mosque.

"All hajj pilgrims are provided with 100 percent service, even though the distance is in Jarwal, which is about 700 meters from the Grand Mosque, but is still served," said Khanif in Mecca as reported by Antara, Saturday, June 11.

Khanif said that pilgrims from Medina would also be picked up to be delivered to the Grand Mosque by prayer buses.

Pilgrims of prospective Hajj groups 1 Embarkation Solo and Jakarta-Pondok Gede will move from Medina to Mecca on Sunday (12/6) to perform the obligatory Umrah in a series of pilgrimages.

The prayer bus will serve five sectors to the Grand Mosque. So that pilgrims do not get lost, buses are given a red and white flag sticker and sector number and sector name. In addition, officers will be at each stop.

The white sticker or card for the Mahbas Jin-Bab Ali route is marked with a number 1, the blue color for the Syisyah-Syieb Amir route is numbered 2, the green color for the Raudah-Syieb Amir route is marked with a number 3, black for the Jarwal-Syieb Amir route is number 4 and the color brown for the Misfalah-Jiad route number 5.

Congregants also don't need to be afraid of missing the prayer bus because there is a free 24-hour bus service specifically for Indonesian pilgrims.

Especially on the Mahbas Jin route, it becomes a public route so that the prayer bus can be taken by pilgrims from other countries.

"Tomorrow we will test the shalawat bus line to ensure the readiness of the bus before the pilgrims arrive in Mecca," said Khanif.
