"Apart from Ali Akbar, his son Muhammad Aslan (9) and his wife Eriani Siregar (46), were also victims of the food poisoning", he said.

Based on the information obtained, Ali Akbar gave the oil palm plant mushrooms to his wife to store in the refrigerator. The next day, Ali Akbar's wife cooked curry fish mixed with the mushrooms from the oil palm plant.

"After eating the mushrooms from the oil palm plant, the three of them felt dizzy and nauseous followed by vomiting", he explained.

AKBP Roman said that at this time Ali Akbar and his family had been taken to the Batang Toru Health Center for medical treatment.

"The plan is that Ali Akbar and his family will be referred to the Padangsidimpuan City Inanta Hospital for more intensive treatment", he said.
