JAKARTA - The National Police said that the terrorist network of the Indonesian Islamic State (NII) in West Sumatra had thousands of members. Although, only some are active in the terrorist network.

Regarding a large number of members, said Ramadhan, the NII network uses a massive recruitment pattern. Because, everyone can be a member of a terrorist group.
"The recruitment of NII members is carried out regardless of gender and age limit," said Ramadhan.
