Economy Starts Growing, Mataram Manpower Office Prepares Circular Asking Companies Not To Install Employee's Holiday Allowance

MATARAM - The Manpower Office of Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara Province, has prepared a circular regarding the payment of holiday allowances (THR) in full on Eid 1443 Hijri/2022.

"I just finished a meeting regarding the payment of THR in full for Eid this year, in order to take anticipatory steps and prepare a circular to all companies in this city," said Mataram City Manpower Service (Disnaker) Head Rudi Suryawan in Mataram, Antara, Monday, April 4.

However, his party will also coordinate with the Manpower Office of West Nusa Tenggara Province, so that decisions and circulars that will be submitted to company leaders can be similar.

According to him, THR payments are full or not in installments like the previous two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, taking into account conditions and economic growth starting to move positively.

"Therefore, this year the company must be able to pay THR to employees in full or one-time salary," he said.

To ensure this year's employees receive THR in full, the Manpower Office will create a complaint post for workers who do not get their rights according to the provisions.

"We will prepare a complaint post for employees who do not get their rights according to the provisions, so we can follow up," he said.

It is known, added Rudi, that in accordance with Government Regulation (PP) Number 36 of 2021 concerning Wages and Regulation of the Minister of Manpower Number 6 of 2021 concerning Religious THR for Workers or Workers in Companies, THR must be paid no later than seven days before religious holidays.
