Boarding Houses Disguised As Massage Parlors, Couples Who Provide Online Prostitution Services Receive A Turnover Of IDR 10 Million Per Month

SERANG - Serang City Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Adjutant of Police Maruli Ahiles Hutapea said victim EE (30) admitted that she did not receive coercion from her husband, AR (28), in committing this crime. EE admits that what she does is based on economic demands, so she finally wants to serve the mashers in her boarding house.

"EE is not threatened, consciously doing it, because of economic factors, the victim wants to serve her customers," said Maruli when confirmed, Monday, March 28.

Maruli revealed that the victim had been sold through the MiChat application since October 2021. Within a month the husband and wife (couple) made a profit of IDR 10 million.

"From the beginning of the incident, it was 6 months ago, a month he made a profit of IDR 10 million," explained Maruli.

The perpetrator opened the Boking Order (BO) practice at his boarding house in the Kaligandu area, Serang City under the guise of a massage parlor.

However, his actions were finally revealed, after receiving reports from residents. As a result, the police investigated the case, until finally AR was arrested.

The police also confiscated evidence in the form of IDR 500 thousand in cash, contraceptive devices, and one cell phone from the perpetrator's hands.

For his actions, AR was snared in Article 2 paragraph 1 of Law Number 21 of 2007 on TIP Article 296 and Article 506 of the Criminal Code of the TIP Act with a maximum threat of 15 years.

Previously, it was reported that AR was arrested in the Kaligandu area, Serang City, Sunday, March 27, if it was night.

"Yes, that's right, we arrested a man with the initials AR for allegedly selling his wife with the initials EE," said Maruli when confirmed, Monday, March 28.
