Ukrainian Troops Attacked Logistics Supply, Russia's Ministry Of Defense Inflamed

JAKARTA - Russia is incensed, because a logistics convoy for its Armed Forces in Ukraine, became the target of an attack by a Ukrainian nationalist territorial defense unit.

The Russian Ministry of Defense released footage of soldiers from maintenance and repair units working during special military operations. They considered supply and repair units as vital elements.

"Important tasks are being carried out by drivers of motorized vehicles, who as part of the convoy are supplying troops with everything they need from ammunition, fuel, and lubricants to food", the ministry said, TASS reported March 23.

"Often supply convoys are the target of attacks by so-called Ukrainian nationalist territorial defense units. This is evidenced by the damage from bullet holes and shrapnel, turning the cabins of the Ural and Kamaz transport vehicles literally into mesh sails", the ministry continued.

Meanwhile, one of the technicians of the Russian Armed Forces assessed that the Ukrainian troops were breaking their supply chain.

"Trailer truck drivers, tank mechanic drivers, and support teams are the ones being hunted. They want to cut off our supply. These are trucks for fuel, water, and ammunition supplies", he explained.

He stressed that repairmen are trying to work as quickly as possible and do their best, to repair damaged combat and transport vehicles, then return to the front line immediately after repairs.

The ministry stressed that during special military operations, the military repair and recovery unit of the Russian Defense Ministry carries out the task of evacuating weapons and equipment damaged during combat operations.

In addition, the ministry continued, they also carry out routine and intermediate repairs, replace damaged units and assemblies, and ensure all equipment is returned to the service as soon as possible.

For the record, the Ministry of Defense said the work was carried out in a field workshop equipped with all the necessary tools and equipment.
