Police Are Still Investigating The Incident When Novi Amelia Fell From The 8th Floor Of The Kalibata City Apartment

JAKARTA – Police officers are still investigating the incident when Novi Amelia fell from the 8th floor of the Kalibata City apartment. The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Endra Zulpan, said that his party was still investigating the cause of death of the former adult model.

Endra stated that it was suspected that the death of Linda Astuti alias Novi Amelia was suspected of committing suicide.

"Based on the results of the investigator's examination, it is suspected that it was a bundir (suicide). But we are still taking information from several parties who knew before the suicide incident," Endra told reporters at the Tangerang City Government Center, Friday, February 19.

As previously reported, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police AKBP Ridwan Soplanit, said that there were still many allegations of suicide in the incident of Novi Amelia's death.

“We saw that some said he was depressed, some said he used drugs. Based on all of that, we are still conducting an investigation to prove the cause until he took this action," Ridwan told reporters at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, February 16.
