"For this year, the distribution of FLPP reached 100.15 percent or 200,300 housing units worth Rp24.57 trillion. This value includes the addition of a quota of 34,000 units from the original target of 166,000 units," said Heru in the agenda of signing the FLPP and Tapera Financing Cooperation Agreement in 2025 between BP Tapera and Bank Distributor and Commitment to the Success of Program 3 Million Houses at the Ministry of Public Works Auditorium, Jakarta, Monday, December 23.
As for the Tapera mortgage financing, this government investment operator has distributed 5,940 housing financing contracts worth IDR 990,218 billion throughout 2024.
"Although there is no new saver or new contribution yet, we are in accordance with the direction of the Minister and continue to convey the benefits in the form of FLPP mortgages and Tapera mortgages," he said.
According to him, since BP Tapera was assigned to distribute FLPP funds from 2022 to 20 December 2024, the total that has been distributed has reached Rp76.04 trillion for 655,300 MBR housing units.
"The total PNBP that has been deposited into the State General Treasurer Main Account (RIBUN) until December 2024 is projected to be IDR 1.37 trillion or around IDR 450 billion more per year," said Heru.
Heru added, in an effort to improve the quality of distribution of FLPP mortgages, BP Tapera also strengthens monitoring and evaluation activities (monev) to ensure that MBR beneficiaries of mortgages get quality and ready-to-live houses, including monitoring the occupancy rate.
According to Heru, this monev activity utilizes the IT System by developing the QR Code system, e-Monev applications, Saki QC and AKUHUNI applications combined with field monev activities by utilizing field officers' services. In 2024, the sampling monev will reach 72,000 FLPP houses covering 52 districts/cities.
"We express our highest gratitude and appreciation to the channeling bank and housing developers for their good cooperation in realizing KPR Subsidy. This good collaboration hopefully will continue to increase in the future in the form of a joint commitment to support the program of 3 million houses," he added.
