These 4 Habits Help Lose Weight Quickly

JAKARTA - Reducing calorie intake is an effective step to burn fat, lose weight, and maintain ideal weight.

Reporting from ANTARA, fitness coach Sunil Shetty shared simple tips that can help accelerate the weight loss process by up to 10 times.

"The decrease in weight is not just a matter of eating less or exercising more. These four habits will make the process much faster, simpler, and more sustainable. Control this habit, and you will feel that losing weight is not a tough struggle, but something natural," he wrote in a post on his Instagram account.

The following are tips shared by Sunil to speed up the weight loss process.

Sunil emphasized the importance of getting 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night. He suggests maintaining a consistent sleep schedule and eating foods such as bananas, almonds, chamomile tea, or turmeric milk to improve sleep quality. In addition, he also suggests reducing the use of electronic devices before bed.

According to Sunil, the body needs 1-2 days of rest every week for recovery and prevention of fatigue. He recommends active rest activities such as leisurely walking, yoga, or using foam rollers.

Bathing with Epsom salt, as well as eating foods such as berries, Greek yogurt, and coconut water, can also accelerate muscle recovery.

Sunil reminded that calorie consumption on weekends still contributes to total daily intake, which is often an obstacle to weight loss.

He suggests replacing snacks such as chips with homemade popcorn, replacing desserts with black chocolate, and replacing sweet drinks with fruit infusion water.

"Try healthy snacks such as grilled or burnt paneer to meet protein needs," he added.

Managing stress is also the key in losing weight naturally.

Do light physical activity every day, practice deep breathing techniques, and enter foods that help reduce stress such as green tea, spinach, walnuts, and labu seeds into your daily menu. Avoid excessive caffeine consumption, and focus on activities that can calm your mind, such as meditation, walking, or living a hobby you like, "explained Sunil.
