Cyber Incident Disrupts Online Ordering Krispy Kreme In The US
JAKARTA Krispy Kreme, a well-known network of donut shops, revealed that unauthorized activities on some of their information technology systems have disrupted several operations, including online ordering services in the United States.
In the regulatory filing, the company said it had received a notification of the incident on November 29 and immediately started an investigation. Krispy Kreme is currently working with external cybersecurity experts to mitigate the impact of the incident.
"The cost, which is thought to be related to this incident, including the loss of revenue from digital sales, will most likely have material impacts on our operational results," the company said.
